Matthew Hart, Dancer, Actor, Singer, Choreographer. Matthew was a Soloist with the Royal Ballet for six years before joining Rambert Dance Company for four years, where he was nominated for Outstanding Achievment in Dance. He is also an award-winning choreographer and has created work for classical companies in the UK and abroad. He joined the Ballet Boyz as a founder member of George Piper Dances in 2001 and was a guest artist with K Ballet, Tokyo in 2003/4. He returned to Japan last year to make his musical debut playing Sydney Cohen in Adam Cooper's production of On Your Toes. Matthew returned to the Royal Opera House in 2002 and for ROH2 he created Toad in Will Tuckett's The Wind in the Willows, 2002/3, The Devil in Tuckett's The Soldier's Tale, 2004/5, a role in Cathy Marston's Asyla, 2004, and The Prince in Kim Brandstrup's the anatomy of a storyteller, 2004/5. Most recently he played Frank Lawson, a song and dance man at the Windmill Theatre, in Mrs Henderson Presents, a new film directed by Stephen Frears.
